Comprehensive Insurance
Summit Electric has a comprehensive insurance package for our staff. This includes 100% company provided Health/Medical, Life and Dental. There are also many options for them to expand on what they see fit. All of these are quality programs from established insurers.

Drug Free Workplace
Summit Electric LLC proudly provides a Drug Free Workplace for our team. We recruit responsible, mature, drug free team members. Summit Electric’s team members are also required to pass a Law Enforcement background check.

Paid Vacation
Members of our team at Summit Electric enjoy up to three weeks per year of company paid vacations.

Summit Electric provides company trucks for our supervisory personnel. We make sure the vehicles are safe and dependable.

Retirement Program
Summit Electric maintains a company matched IRA program. This program is available to all of our team members after a specific time frame. After our staff has been with us for a year, Summit Electric will match up to 3%. This high quality program is controlled and directed by each individual participant with the option of help from an outside professional.

As licensed professionals in Idaho and Washington our team is required to have continuing education to keep up to date on the latest code and safety requirements.
